IceWave patch studies on pain in Horses
Further work involving Lauren DeRock DVM, Dean Clark DC, Chuck Davis PhD and Homer Nazeran PhD investigated AcuLife patches in horses.
The study evaluated horses using acupuncture palpation and infrared thermal imaging and compared active patches with placebo patches.
The report describes changes in sensitivity and pain scores following active patch application, while thermal-imaging results included both cooling and warming responses. The research is referenced as a 2013 LifeWave internal report.
